Description
Unlike most steels used in knife making which are alloys adapted from other industries, CPM S30V was specifically developed for use in high-end cutlery with input from several custom and production knife makers. High in toughness and stain resistance, and very high in wear resistance and edge holding. CPM S35VN is a follow on development with more toughness, while S30V is more wear resistant.
